Predictive typing on cell phones? - JStar For President When typing SMS messages on my cell phone (Nokia N95 8gb), I use 'predicitve text' (T9), and recently whenever I want to spell out a word that I'll only use once, it'll add it to the dictionary and use that as the first choice when I never want that word again. Does anyone know how to change it from automatically writing out words I don't want, and rather words I'll use? Would it help if I formatted it? Would rather not do that unless it's a last resort.

just scroll to the word you want. only way really and if you don't like that just turn predictive text off and write it manually - damoose

its just a phone, it can predict what youre maybe about to spell. but it cant predict what youre thinking in your head! one time you might type 'dont' and it comes up with 'font' and another time you might actually want 'font' but it comes up with 'dont'. its trying its best! you just have to scroll thru til you get to it. - ♥brutal♥
