Calling Canada? - Shalala Ive been making calls from Canada and I live in the U.S. I have a basic Sprint plan. The person im calling gets unlimited calling to the U.S. does that count for me too? and ive make a 2 hour phone call. how messed up will my phone bill be?

ok...if they call you , you don't get charged....if you call them that is one very expensive phone call unless you have an unlimited plan 2 canada... I have one through at&t and I pay $40 dollars a month for all of my long distance including canada, mexico and europe... I hope you have a plan...if not it is like 50 to 75 cents a minute. If it is a cell phone...you are even more screwed, because you get roaming charges too. - Brandy W

No, sorry doesn't count for you too. Your bill is going to be pretty messed up. You will have roaming charges. Even if your friend calls you, you will still get roaming charges. If your number is from the U.S. then your friend won't get charged extra if they call you. "International roaming charges are billed as separate minutes of use. These minutes do not pull from your regular monthly plan minutes. When checking voicemail, per minute airtime rates apply.
