wearwolf123321 i have a toshiba laptop how do i brighten it? also when i turn it on it looks all hazely.? - wearwolf123321 how could i fix it?
Best Answer: Fn and use the left&right arrows to brighten and dim. I'm not sure about the hazy screen, i'd contact toshiba about that - Pilot of Truth
Laptops put themselves in dimmer mode when power is unplugged. So plugging it can change the brightness settings. Also if running Vista, you can go to Start, Control Panel, and go to Power Options. You can change toggle the brightness there as well. The Fn bright keys that the others have suggested does the same purpose. - pjre_81
