Plz help!!? - ilovehim Ok so for about 2 months now my LG Shine has been acting stupid. First it started freezing everytime I closed it. Then, the screen started blanking out so I had to restart it. When I did that worked again, most of the time. I can't do anything about it until July 24th because I'm on vacation. I've only dropped it like once and it wasn't even hard. I can't even close it now without the screen going black or it freezing! Do you think they will switch it for a new one since I still have a warrenty? Also I have a red Shine, do you think if they do they'll give me a different color? Thank you everyone who answers!

Best Answer: okay, well.. 1. did it ever get wet? if so, take out the battery and DRY IT OUT for a few ours. and bang it on a counter and it should work. haha 2. YES. GET A NEW ONE. since you have warrenty and all, you should so trade it in. and i'm not so sure if they'll let you have another color. i think they give you the same exact one.. - Crunkkkk Kiddd :]

well since u have warrenty yea they will give u a new one nd most likely they will give u da same color - madeline m

well you can go get it fixed and when you get it fixed trade it for the red one i think thye can do that and when you trade it for the red one it might be free if its in pretty good condition after you fix it - audreyapple11
