bob the blob Sony Vaio notebook help? - bob the blob it wont turn on. the laptop is a VGN-FZ145E. when plugged into the power, the battery symbol continuously blinks orange. how can i turn it on?!
Best Answer: remove the battery and plug it in then try to boot it up with the battery not in the computer - Max B
Usually when you hook up your laptop the battery symbol is supposed to blink. [It means its charging.] I would take out the battery, wait for a couple of minutes, then turn it on. If that won't work take it back to the store, or call Sony Customer service, or take it to bestbuy[Geek squad]. Battery should be in the back right under the screen; or it should be the only thing you don't have to take out using a screwdriver. - brooklyngurl[:
