Best Answer: Short answer: "Or What." Long Answer: Well it seems to have everything but the kitchen sink. Three hard drives!, 2 spare batteries, dual video cards. GPS. Like everything ... but at a price $10K. That is VERY expensive for a laptop (or desk top); the price seems way over the top. The only WOW thing I see is RAID 5 using the three drives. If this is in a laptop it's going to be heavy, hot, and use the battery quickly. It has some strangestuff ... like a multi display card that does not support SLI and the two NVIDIA cards in SLI mode - seems like a conflict. And since when do laptops in general have cards? Power inverter (you going to run this thing off you CAR battery?) A top of the line 17" MacBook pro is only $2700 maxed out. Maybe another $1000 for the extra stuff. So if all this was $4,000 and you really needed all of it OK then. But at $10K it's to much. This does look like a desktop/tower spec not a laptop system. - Mr. Bull
The best place to ask about this would be http://forum.notebookreviews.com/. There is a specific section where they have a little template for you to fill out about what you need, want and what your budget is. It's all quite specific and there are some very smart people there to give you some good opinions. You can also ask this same question there and you'll get very good opinions. - Tertius
about 64bit very few programs will run 64 and price is 8000 too much - David R
Thats more then a laptop. your just wasting space. The laptop is top of the line. However in 6 months it will be outdated. The z5500's are amazing speakers, and rock my house. And as for the addons, dont waste your cash. A desktop of the same porportions would cost ~ 1000 USD - greensystemsgo
No, when for a fifth of the price or less you'll get something nearly as good and just as long-lasting before you need to upgrade again. Edit: Also that'll have no fucking battery life and be huge and heavy. - ffffffffff
