Best Answer: It's not really "encrypted." I see references to three file types in the opening chunk: content.xml, heart.png and heart.swf. The presence of such file names implies to me that this is a container file of some sort, with that MSCF possibly indicating what. I did a quick Google for MSCF and hit this URL: http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/MSCF which gave this possibility: MSCF Microsoft Cabinet Files Hope that helps. - The Phlebob

It looks like a binary file of sorts. I don't recognize the file header off the top of my head, but if you search for "MSCF" on Google you may be able to find the file type. - nookkin
