Markos what can i do whit my TV? - Markos i have a plasma TV 50" maxent brand (not too recognized brand),and i had few problems whit this tv like a month ago,wend i turn it on start flick the screen for about a minute then the image cant see it after that the image appear,now last night just i tryed turn it on and it wont,and start smell like BURNNED plastic,!!and now no power,on led red of is standby or nothing just died,my question is what part in a TV of plasma is the most expensive to repair?(and the better way is get another newone) and where is located, and what is the name of that part,? maybe i can try fix it ;) no warranty anymore so...! please tell me the name of that part and where is exact located? if anyone has some kind of pics or diagrams to see how the part is i'll appreciate thanx and have a wonderful great day! cya all!
Best Answer: The display panel is the most costly....try ONLINE TV PARTS, like ThePartsStore.com And pray that Maxent actually makes parts for repair....I doubt it. You bought that TV REAL CHEAP compared to Samsung and other plasmas right? That's the reason WHY...they don't support their TV sets, don't have to invest in warehousing and parts. - TV Tech 1
