I have a Canon MultiPASS F30 and dont know how to scan things on it. Can you help? -
Best Answer: What you need to do is unplug the USB cable from the scanner and power it on. Now, re-install the software and ONLY reconnet the usb cable WHEN the programs tells you and NOT before. Let it finish setup and REBOOT the computer Windows will find it and advise you. Now go in the START menu and open the scanning software under HP menu GO in the FILE menu and select SCAN. That's it. It will work :-) - T-Bar
