I need step-by-step intructions on how to set a password on my wireless network modem.? - SirDarkvain im not sure how to put a password on my Zoom ADSL x6 modem. if you can give me step-by-step instructions thatd be great, or if u know a website w/ the instructions thatd be awesome! thanks a ton

Just use the combination key with your unit they all come default with one, usually found underneath it, password are easy to brake but the 20 plus combination is a bit more complicated. That way your neighbors wont be taking your bandwidth and getting internet for free. IF not still want to use a password there is a help file with your router you need to access the router via internet browser typing 192.168.0.1 or change the last digit to 2 or what ever it say somewhere in the documentation you got with your modem.
