Wend Integrate Ms access and Avaya phone system? - Wend Just wondering if anyone has had any experience of integrating an Avaya phone system with Microsoft access Any help would be much appreciated!!
Best Answer: sounds like you need to have a look at the DevCentre here: https://devconnect.avaya.com/public/dyn/d_dyn.jsp?fn=150 that says that it can help you find the right SDK to help you integrate your Avaya system into applications. At least one of them seems to have ODBC access which MS Access should be able to use for queries the documentation and downloads page here may also provide more help: http://support.avaya.com/japple/css/japple?PAGE=ProductIndex - mark r
