cece0485 I just bought an Argus Seventy-Five and need film.? - cece0485 I just bought an Argus Seventy-Five at a flea market, and have no idea where to buy the 620 film necessary. I saw online that you can use 120 film and re-spool it and use it in the camera, but I don't know if I trust myself to do that. Also, can a place like a drugstore develop the film or do I have to do that myself?
Best Answer: Honestly, respooling 620 onto 120 spools isn't too hard. You'll either need a changing bag or a completely dark room, but really working with film means learning to work by feel anyways. When it comes to development of the film, that largely changes photomat to photomat. You may need to send it out, but try to go to as many drug stores as you can asking if they develop pictures from it. I develop my own 120 film from my Argus 75, so if you can do that, it may be the cheapest (at least when it comes to black and white film). - Steven W
Wal Mart, CVS, Walgreens, Target... take your pick. CVS and Walgreens both process film... look around you'll find it. - Jim A
