How do you know it's the laser that's gone bad rather than something in the electronics that controls the laser? Given the cost of mass production and VLSI single-chip technology, the cost of repair most often supercedes the cost of replacement of the entire machine. However, to answer your question, the best suggestion I can give is to check online for such companies as MCM Electronics, RNJ Electronics, Newark Electronics, and Hosfelt Electronics, for a start.
