How to print reports with DNs and names in a Nortel PBX? - Karina Castro Hello, Iam part of the Telecom Voice team of a big company, i started to use the system a few months ago and its been running great, but there was a big move of people like 3 weeks ago and the main reception is asking for a list of phone (extensions) assigned to all the people. Does any body knows how to run a report of all the active DN's with names and Ports if possible?

Best Answer: I suggest you use the reporting options of the "Nortel Telephony Manager", which you may have as a stand-alone application (OTM) or have access to it via a Web-based interface. I've used the OTM software and it has several predefined reporting options and a report generator that I've customized to meet my organization's needs. Edit: You're supposed to buy that software. However, as you already have access using terminal emulation software, just use "LD 95" with REQ: PRT, TYPE: NAME, CUST: 0, DN: ALL, SHRT: YES... and you will have your report right away. - Pablo
