Best Answer: >>>>( How to unhack your computer )<<<< When you go on the internet an established connection is made between your computer and your browser (IE,Firefox etc) in the form of a process which is listed in your task manager as (Internet explorer exe)or (firefox exe) also listed to the right of them is there PID number. google toolbar exe is another process that establishes a connection to do updates even when your not online with your browser. Technically your always online if your connected to the net? If you think your computer is hacked by some jerk or you caught some kind of virus that has an established link to your computer through a back door, worm or keylogger this will put a stop to it so you can do a scan and kill it! This is pretty easy if you pay very close attention to every step! 1.Shut down everything,firefox,IE,scanners anything that might be connected to the net! All you should have is your desk top and nothing running on your taskbar down by the time! 2.Go to Start > Run>Type cmd>hit Ok. A black screen appears this is your (System 32 Comand Window) 3.Type netstat -ano >Hit enter ("Note") there's a space after netstat then a dash then ano Scroll to the top of the list that appears and look at the columns. There's (Local and Foreign address) which is there IP addresses,(State) this shows what there doing at the time "Established or listening" and (PID) this is used to identify them. 4.What your looking for is anything that says "Established" That's either something harmless that you have left on by mistake or a hacker/virus that,s screwing with you? Write down the "PID" number and there (IP address), you will need it in a sec! Close out the window and bring up your task manager by right clicking on the taskbar and choosing task manager 5.In the task manager hit the (Processes tab). Above the processes tab hit (View) and select columns.Check the PID (process identifier) box and hit Ok. 6.Now look in the list for the "PID" number that you wrote down as Established and there the bastard is. Write down the exact image name (joeblow exe ?) and go to this site and look it up and see what info they have on it? http://www.processlibrary.com/ 7.In the taskmanager's processes window click on and highlight the rogue process and hit (end process) a warning will popup and ignore it and hit ok and you are now unhacked! NOTE:Use his IP address to track him down and put out a Honeypot and catch the bastard and send him ebombs,and OS destroying Trojans(If possible?)In most cases there IP address is fake! Now run scanners and quarantine/delete all entity's it finds and run CC-cleaner and your back in business! (~: Here's a video on the security programs I use to kill viruses. You can remove this computer virus by following these steps . 1 Download and intall the Malwarebytes on your computer . 2 Update your Malwarebytes . 3 Scan your computer for all the malwares in your computer . 4 Remove all the malwares , found while scanning with the malwarebytes . 5 Restart your computer .
Download, Install, Update & Run == All-Free = Malwarebytes Anti-Malware http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php - CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com - tbshmkr
Try this: Its how you scan. If you cant do this at work, then just run in normal mode. *Download, install programs and the get the updates. DO NOT RUN A SCAN YET: Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Ccleaner (will clean up crap after going online) http://www.ccleaner.com/download (On Options, don't install Yahoo tool bar, recycle bin, just the update) *Then after you have done the install and updates, DISCONNECT from the internet. Pull the plug. *Next, boot up in safe mode (Tap the F8 key every few seconds as the system boots up until the screen with Safe Mode option appears). Choose the first Safe Mode, not with network. *Now run the malwarebytes program. Choose Full scan, as opossed to quick scan, for the first time. Then run CCleaner, I dont analyze, I just choose the Run option. Also run CCLEANER AFTER YOU ARE ONLINE all the time (in regular mode). Each user must run CCleaner on their profile. Run malwarebytes every week, doesn't have to be safe mode, just the first time or if you suspect anything. - Micky
