It depends on what you are looking for. The Apple (iphone of course) is the latest craze and really does have a freaking application for everything. It's a really cool phone but kind of large. Sony is the other one I would go with for someone that wants a smaller phone and listens to music, needs a good loud speaker for an alarm, and can message, email, and take good pictures. I go with Apple if the iphone is up your alley if not Sony Ericsson has a nice line. - Chris B
