Matty After I re-format my PC, it doesn't recognize my phone? - Matty Basically I just re-format my PC and now when I plug in my Sony Ericsson C902 via USB it doesn't recognize it anymore. This problem never occurred before I re-format my PC and I did not have to use the PC Suite the first time either. Can anyone please help?
Best Answer: Which OS are you using now? Try to reinstall the software for your phone and USB driver for PC -
Did you reinstall the drivers or software that came with the phone? - CAB
install the software again it cam with as when you formatted the pc it lost its drivers for the phone - Tiger
