I need a new phone - what to get? - Invest With The Best Im 17 and my dad is basically taking over my phone b/c he doesnt have one nor does he plan on getting one since he doesnt have money. im not even going to get into this, but anyways, his people keep calling me and im kind tired of it, also, his friends are wierd/ leave weird messages on my phone at like 1 am in the morning, (also not going to get into this), so ive decided im just going to get a new one. Whats a good phone to get? I dont want one that is going to cost like $40/month like the iphone. I dont think i need a smart phone, but i would like one that has at least a camera (video is nice, but not necessary). I need to be able to text as well. The carrier has to be AT&T b/c my mom can get a discount. I currently have a motorola razor.

Best Answer: try going to the store where you got the phone and have them give you a new number or ask them to reprogram it. If you decide on a new phone it will depend on how much you want to pay and the program you get. Check to be sure you can read the letters if you are going to be texting. -
