KissMeImNornIrish:P Answers preferably from someone who works with phones.? - KissMeImNornIrish:P It would mostly help if you lived in the UK also. I have a contract phone on Orange and i lost the phone i got free with it (Nokia Xpress Music), so my friend lent me her phone (Samsung E370 slide up) and I have been using that for about half a year, although it is an O2 pay as you go phone it still took my Orange contract sim card. Now i want to buy a new phone, and I want to buy a Samsung Tocco Lite on Orange Network, will this phone take my contract sim card like the other phone or will i have to have it unlocked? Thanks alot :D
Best Answer: Hi yes if your phone is orange branded then yes it will take take your orange contract sim card ! if however you wanted to use a different sim card like o2, vodafone etc then you will have to get the phone unlocked ... hope this helps - slyfox69
