Best Answer: I would agree that Hp is the best in manufacturing laptops and computers. I have been a Hp consumer customer since 4 years why am I a Hp fan - I have reason for it. I bought Hp laptop couple of years ago from Egypt and from a dealer not even authorized dealer. I encountered problem I contacted Hp guys they asked me everything from where did you buy it? Since how long you are encountering this problem and all? I gave them answers for all of their questions. And after that what they did was really unbelievable they told me that the problem you are facing is a manufacturing fault please do not worry and we are sending you a DHL guy send your laptop to us will try to rectify it if not than we will replace you laptop with another laptop with high end technologies and brand new . Since than I am a die hard fan for Hp laptops and their looks are getting better day by day - Anthony

HPs tend to overheat a lot. I have two that produce a lot more heat than other laptops. All brands are basically the same. I wouldn't defend one brand over another just because some review said so or if I own the company's product. - JL

Not me, or Consumer Reports magazine. All the MacBooks rate higher than the HP's. - Kahless
