Plasma 42 picture issue? - BL I have a Vizio P42 Plasma that I've been using for about 3 years. All of sudden two weeks ago some horizontal line bleed started showing up. In other words a multicolored horizontal line (only like 1 pixel vertical) goes across my screen (end to end) for just a fleeting moment, then disappears. Often times 3 or 4 lines show up at the same time. They are never in the same place and after the line leaves the pixels return to normal. Within a 2 second period, there is always a line on my TV. I've tried all input sources and the lines not only show with cable but DVD as well. Any theories?

Best Answer: That would be your controller module...on LCDs it's a TCON, On plasmas, I don't remember what it's called, but it's AFTER the video board... Wish they'd call them all TCONS..... - TV Tech 1
