What is the best way to backup wii games without an LG drive and WIFI connection? - toolate

Best Answer: dump it to an SD card (or usb stick) you need the homebrew channel, DVDdump, and a lot of time because it is slow as hell. can't seem to find the link to the app, i'll edit it as soon i find it EDIT: still can't find it, it should be somewhere on wiibrew or gbatemp.net But i uploaded it here: http://rapidshare.com/files/251812354/BOOT.DOL place it on your SD card under \APPS\DVDDUMP Run it using homebrew channel, and follow instructions on screen. You'll get some files that you can join using HJSPIT http://hjsplit.en.softonic.com/ to get the iso for your backup - smokingplane

You could just use standard dvds? I recommend verbatim they work the best. And you shouldn't need wifi if you just find the right installation files on the internet - I did that. - Nintoman
