Should i be allowed to get a new phone? - ::.RandomQuestions.:: Well i wanted an LG KS360 because my old phone was my mum's old phone that she had for about 3 years. But i wanted the red one that wasn't available in the UK, so my Auntie had to go to A LOT of trouble to get it from another country and it costed about £100 more. (which i paid) I kept it good for a while say... 2 to 3 months but then i accidentally broke it and i was heartbroken! So i had to go back to my old phone which is RUBBISH! So right now i'm using the old rubbish phone which is half broken anyway and my mum keeps saying she will find the place to get my phone fixed but she has been saying this since 2 months ago and hasn't yet found or looked for anything. So now i want the LG cookie because my friend has it and it looks quite good and not too expensive, but my mum says if i do get it it's just being rude to my Auntie, i would pay for ALL of the phone i wanted, should i be allowed to get it?

Best Answer: Yes you should be allowed to get it because if you are paying for it, its not like your Auntie has to pay for it. Ask her to get it, i don't think that it is rude at all. Hope you like your new phone! - Zane

no, you broke it through carelessness so you have to suffer the consequences - putting up with the 'rubbish' phone. if you want a new phone, you have to earn the money and save up for it yourself - maybe then your mum & aunt will accept that you got it maturely. but still, it's rude to your aunt. what's wrong with putting up with the rubbish phone and forgetting appearances? - *Sunhoney*

Is all you care about getting a new phone? You broke the phone so it's your own fault. Your mum's right, why should she have to go to all that trouble just to get you another phone? It's stupid to want something just because your friend has it. - Jane
