What kind of film does an Argus Ranger Finder camera need? -
Best Answer: Your camera was made in the 30s. It is largely responsible for making 35 mm film popular. You will also have to by the proper speed film for different settings. for ex; you will need a high speed film. 400 or higher. Have fun with it. - Rolf W
Most likely 35 mm sized film. The fact it's a rangefinder has nothing to do with film size. If you open up the back, it should have two concave areas on both left and right sides. One to place the 35mm cartridge, and another one where you attache the film leader to. If you have used any kind of 35 mm camera, it's pretty much the same thing. - jlb777
35 mm. That should be evident by looking at the camera. Take it into a camera store and they will hook you up. - fhotoace
Well that would depend on the camera obviously. The most popular argus was the C3 (brick). That takes plain ol 35mm. - isl247
