Question and Answers

Aleksandr Barnums Life. My monitor has built in speakers but has no sound? - Aleksandr Barnums Life. It is an SVA monitor. The speakers are built in right under the screen. I tried to go to my control panel to fix it, but nothing seems to work, the volume is turned up and the speakers seem to be the default sound playback device . . . help?
Best Answer: Make sure all the cables from the monitor are connected to your PC. You might have overlooked the sound cable. - C2K
Your speaker might not be connected to your computer. There should be a port on the back of your monitor thats say "Audio In" check to see if there is a cable plugged in. If there is check the other end and make sure the it is plugged into the audio out on your computer (The green one). If this is all good it might be that the speakers are not powerful enough. You can pick some up at best buy for around $30.
