Platypus I have a 32'' maxent tv and it randomly turns off when it gets really hot.? - Platypus Does anyone know why it does that? Is there a solution to this besides renewing the warranty or buying a new tv?
Best Answer: Well why is it overheating? Is there adequate ventilation, unit isn't too close to the wall on any of the sides? Not boxed in? Vents aren't covered? - 9121
no there should be no reason for that other then maybe the plugs are bad try taking them out and letting them warm up wait 3 hours put the plugs back in,if happens again ask best buy i hoped i helped
