Canon Imageclass MP360 wont print, display says "Put in cartridge" help? - Bombastick My printer was working, it was on a low ink status for quite a while and now the display on the printer says "Put in cartridge" and wont let me print. I have changed the inks and it doesnt seem to make a difference. Any ideas? your help would be v. much appreciated

Best Answer: You have to install your cartridges again, the instructions are below: 1) Turn on the printer; take out the cartridges and shake them 2) Turn off the printer for a few minutes 3) Turn on the printer, when it says "insert inks", and then insert the compatible cartridges one by one, making sure the cartridges are sitting completely in the slots. - hike_1010
