wordangel2 Does a portable CD player have to have earphones? - wordangel2 Just bought GPX PC308B Portable CD Player with 60 Second Anti-Skip Protection (Black) I need it for background music that can be heard in the room to perform with a poetry reading. How do I get it to play so it can be heard in the room? I will not have a pc or stereo with me. I am so totally disappointed because earphones are not what I am after, Can somebody help? Yes, I am an electronics dork. Do I need to return this or will it do what I need? Thanks everybody.
Best Answer: well, you can buy small "ipod speakers", which are actually just small speakers that play anything that takes standard earphone out. It can be as little as like, $5. And it could be old computer speakers, anything. - Matchu
