what software can be used with an avaya switch to get "realtime" average handle time per person in a call cent? -
Best Answer: I believe you can use the Avaya Octell software. In addition, Swithview or Procomm should work, too. I know you can use Procomm to dial into the switch but you definitely need the pass codes. Good luck! -
