How much is my computer worth? - juanjo t i want to sell my pc, it is used, but i know how to format it and everything! so its basically like brand new, it's custom made (me and my boss made it). Specs: 9500GT 1gb XFX GPU 120Gb HD DVD/CD R/W 4GB Gskill Ram 15 inch screen. (CTX it doesnt matter i could sell it without it) 3.6 Processor. what i want to do is buy a laptop! how much is my pc worth? thanks in advance! :D

Given yours is used, I'd put the value at about $148 (or 30% what you can build with the current price for components). Since you have a lower end video card and a small hard drive, the value is probably lower than that due to low demand. The 9500 GT is just below gaming level for NVIDIA cards so you'd really be aiming at the Sims or web gamers. Anyone doing serious gaming wouldn't buy that card and would build their own system with better components. Non-gamers would see little value in anything beyond an integrated video card. You may have some luck pushing it as a media center, but then you'd need to ensure the software and possibly hardware (IR remote sensor/control) was added. - Jim Maryland
