Luke Lawrence Applecare Protection Plan : Need new mouse? - Luke Lawrence My iMac's mouse won't scroll down anymore, I bought the computer at Micro Center and I don't know whether to go to Micro Center or contact Apple directly. Let me know! (I have the 3 year protection plan which is still active)
Best Answer: You can contact apple directly and they will replace your mouse. I've also cleaned out the mouse myself there are instructions online. -
