Best Answer: Are you at home and are asked for that info while trying to connect to your wireless network? If so, have you had to answer that in the past? If you haven't been asked that in the past, you may be trying to connect to a neighbor's wireless network. If you are trying to connect to your own network that you've just set up, then follow the quick start instructions that came w/ your router. -
