Chedz My projector's picture has a problem? - Chedz My projector's picture is fine until i come across some text on my xbox 360. The problem is that on, for example, games like orange box, the top and bottom of the text will produce a kind of, what i can only explain as, static. That is, small areas on the screen, (mostly coloured text, or small coloured objects like blips on radars) will have small patches of static relating to the colour it is coming from. (so red text will produce, directly above the text, a red patch of static. I am using an optoma gametime 3000 projecter and running the xbox 360 on SD
Best Answer: The 3000 has SVGA native resolution (600x800). I'm guessing you're feeding it a higher-resolution signal, and it's not able to down-rez it to SVGA properly. If that's the case, change the monitor resolution to SVGA and see if that helps. - Bytefield
