Cant find chipset drivers for my computer? - Stefan Andrè Brannfjell Can you please help me find drivers for my old computer? I have tried but failed. :C It is Intel i845GE revB1 Model MS-6714 Their manufacturer is MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD The processor is 1.7ghz, 1 core and has 250~ mb ram inside. It is a pretty old computer, I will use it mainly for a simple hosting machine for about 5 small php documents which will run on the local network connected to a printserver. Right now I run at 640x480 screen resolution and 4 bit color, which is horrible. So its even harder for me to look for the drivers. Tried intel.com site, but the driver detective tool did not manage to find my drivers, most likely because its to old.

Best Answer: Don't waste your time searching for Model MS-6714, and, the age of your Mobo isn't that important, either. MSI renamed the Intel i845GE rev B1 to their own internal part number for inventory control reasons. And, Intel mobos do NOT come with chipset drivers. So, here's one of many search results for : Intel i845GE rev B1 The VGA and NIC drivers will fix your problems. Skip the BIOS drivers, unless you know how to use them. - ELfaGeek
