Daviado Windows Server 2008 Wireless Help!? - Daviado I just installed Windows Server 2008, and I am having an EXTREMELY hard time getting my Wireless Adapter to work. It is a Netgear RangeMax Wireless PC Card WPN511, and the software that it uses to connect to a network is included in with the download of the device drivers. When you run the executable to install the drivers, it installs the software first, then the drivers. And that is where my problem lies. The software installation completes successfully, but when I click on the icon to open the Netgear software, every single time it says something like "The Netgear WPN511 Software has stopped responding." The software doesn't even open at all. Even after restarting, my computer, nothing has changed. Every time! I installed Windows Server 2008 to be able to set up a domain for my network, and I obviously can't do that without a network connection. I have tried installing the drivers for the Netgear WPN511 PC Card because they wouldn't do it on it's own. I have the folder with the drivers in in on my Desktop, but when I try to update the drivers for the WPN511 Card, it says "The driver files have been located but an error occurred while installing them" or something like that. If the Netgear software didn't work, I was going to try to install the WPN511 PC Card drivers manually so I could connect to a wireless network using the Wireless Network Connection instead, but NOTHING IS WORKING!!! PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS SO I KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! THANK YOU!!!
