Question and Answers

Devin R Onkyo TX-SR576 - 130 Watts? - Devin R I've had my Onkyo TX-SR57 receiver for nearly a year now, and I've had it hooked into a set of overall crappy speakers, but it worked. I'm finally upgrading to a full 7.1 set, the Onkyo SKS-HT540. Each speaker is a 130 Watt speaker, and I'm wondering if there is something specific I will need to do to ensure my receiver pushes full power properly when desired.
Best Answer: make sure your receiver can push out 130 watts RMS so that way you know you can have that power if you need it, typically a receiver does not push out that much but its there just in case - Jonbob
