Question and Answers

KawaiiSushi Something is wrong with my printer/copier/scanner? - KawaiiSushi Maybe you guys know what the problem is. Whenever I copy, let's say, a photo, this is how it always look ---> http://i814.photobucket.com/albums/zz66/sweetcake24luv/scan0004.jpg The other side would be all black and the other side is blury. I don't know why it's like that. My friend's pictures always turn out so clear and perfect when she scans. Please help. The same thing happens when I scan pictures and papers on the printer/copier/scanner. If it matters, the type I have I think is a HP Photosmart C4140 All-In-One. Vivera HP inks is what it says on the side. I've had this printer for I think 2 years already and I'm just now recognizing it. This is how it looks ---> http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41J48DiB0sL._SL500_AA280_.jpg
Best Answer: Try printing off a test page, and get it to clean out the jets on the cartridges. There should be an option somewhere in the software program for it on your computer that lets you do that. If that doesn't work, then I would try getting HP support to help you. If anyone can help you, they should be able to. Also, try replacing the cartridges if all else fails and see if that clears it up. And another thing, does your friend use your exact-same machine to do her copying/scanning? If so, then there is something else wrong that I am somehow not getting from your message. Anyway, I hope this helps, and I hope that you have a great day! - forgetmenotcater
I would suggest first going to the HP support pages and flind the latest drivers for your machine and download and install them then see what you get. - john e
