ok so my xbox got ban from xbox live but i dont know why can i keep my gamertage if i buy a new xbox? - Cristian can i use my old hard drive on my new xbox will i lose all my gamerscore dose the xbox get ban or dose the hard drive get band to could i recover my avatar and evry thing please answer my question thank you

Best Answer: your console is completely banned and cannot ever acess xbox live again you can trade in your console and get a new one or an old trade in (thats not banned from xbox live) or just buy one off ebay you nust have modded your xbox or flashed your xbox because there is a huge ban wave happening right now =/ i got banned too - Kraziiboii

you can use the same xbox and the same hardrive the only thing that gets banned is your gamertag and it is very hard to get banned you must have done something bad and one report from a person doesnt get you banned and neither does 50 or 100 it takes a lot more bad reports to get banned
