mr1656 how do I recover my hard drive after power failure? - mr1656 Windows XP SP2
Best Answer: If you have not backed up your hard drive prior to the failure, you have two options. If the hard drive still runs, you may be able to recover your data with data recovery software. If the drive will not spin up, your only choice, if you really need the data, is to pay a recovery service to take the drive apart, put the platters into a working drive and recover what they can. This can be as low as $500 but usually it's much more expensive. - mopacfan
Your question is so lacking in detail that any answer that you do get is probably not going to work for you. - pinchhazard
