Pros:
Big screen, software
Cons:
Short USB/charging cord

This is my second Creative mp3 player and have have for over a year. The Zen has a big colorful 2.5 inch screen. The player controls and software are easy to use. The small size is also nice, it fits into any poctet (you can also hide easily). My only gripe is that it doesn't remember what song was played earlier, so it repeats some songs again.

Great MP3 player03/04/08

Pros:
Sound, easy to use software, color screen
Cons:
no removable battery

I purchased the ZEN two weeks ago after my 8 GB Rio Carbon died on me. The ZEN is a great MP3 player with some nice features. I can download and watch video and listen to radio besides just listening to my downloaded music. I am now actually glad my Rio died...lol
