I am have been a massive user of PDAS and this is my first time to try out a smartphone. The Blackjack is a great phone; good looking, small, durable (our pup got a hold of it in its extended battery case and gave it a good chew, but apart from some scratchs on the case and a couple of chips off the edges the phone came out of it on & functioning great !), great sound from the earphones and speaker and unbelievably fast internet, downloads and connections. My only issues with this phone were that for some reason my laptop's (running Vista) MobileSync application refused utterly to recognize the phone; the desktop pc at work (running Microsoft Windows XP sp2) has no issues, and the fact that for some reason the Windows Mobile is version 5 on the Blackjack and not upgradeable. The price in Saudi where i bought the phone comes out to about 479 US and it comes with the stereo headphones, usb cable and two batterys / cases and whats called a mobile charger which i consider cheap when compared to Nokia, LG or even Motorola. I LOVE THIS PHONE.

Having finally gotten fed up with lugging my Imate PDA 2K around. waiting for the Iphone to show up and paying a LOT for a big, bulky NOKIA i went for a LG Shine.
The phone itself is a looker, take it out and you got people looking at you enviously. brushed stainless steel body is scratch resistant, the camera is good (the video sucks though), the sound is lousy, and the slide has a habit of switching the phone off since LG has for some unknown reason put the power button right in it's path.
I like this phones ability to carry around my word docs, my powerpoint docs and it's own particular brand of style. LG includes a 1 Giga Micro SD and its got 90 Mb on board which is nice. It plays MP3's and 3GP videos. I wish LG had included the option to switch to landscape view for videos (u can with pics) and had actually given it a better speaker.
In a nutshell ?... get this phone if u're looking for a stylish, NON video conferencing, NON mainstream phone, BUDGET phone.
Don't get it if this is one you wanna hang on to for longer than a yr. Its dated already compared to the other offerings out there.
