Great phone...to bad it doesn't work.07/30/08

The Phone Functionality Sucks

It's a beautiful phone. Fantastic for texting,emailing and especially playing music...but the actual phone quality sucks.

I could barely hear the person on the other end and I was told a number of times in my two-week stint with the gadget that I sounded like a robot.

I take public transportation, so it gets loud if I try to use the phone. The volume was soo low that I always had to wait until I got home to use my land line. I could never clearly hear the person on the other end.

Finally after two-weeks of REALLY wanting it to work I had to return it. It just wasn't pratical. Not to mention the touch screen would freeze up periodically and I had to do a "restart" a few times.

A shame...but I'll try it again when the technology progresses. In the mean time I have a Chocolate 3 and it ROCKS!
