- plasmas are heavier than LCD's , but whos walking around with one?
I actually have the 46 inch version of this set. Everything is the same though. I have been very pleased. Unbelievable clarity. Pioneer may edge it out via reports but you'll pay tons more. Why do it?

- quality at a reasonable price, if you buy you'll diversify the market-which is always a plus
- Cons:
- battery life somewhat short, maketplace lack of video content currently
If you like having money in your pocket and want a quality player, this is it. Great video resolution, sound and use of features. there is really no point on spending more, unless you feel it is socially necessary to fit in with the IPOD toting nation-WHY?
