Best thing I have ever owned after activation prob07/02/07

I am a "techno person" and love gadgets. This by far has been the best thing that I have bought in a long time. It took a long time to get the iPhone activated. But once I got going, it is really intuitive to use. I have had no freezing problems and everything from my Palm came over in an amazing 10 minutes. YouTube feature is really neat and the itunes feature can't be beat. I have a video iPod and a nano, the iPhone blows everything out of the water.
Totally loving my iPhone.

Great product, support just ok10/16/05

- Support is average.
I bought this product directly from Palm and have been a Palm user all my life. The bigger screen is really great for spreadsheets and presentations. Love using SD slot.
Support is ok. Had trouble with wireless, but eventually got it to work.
