The K750I is an above average phone. The only thing keeping it from being a great phone is instead of being quad-band, it is only tri-band.For me this is a big deal.Where I live, I can see a big difference between using a quad-band & tri-band phone. With a tri-band phone it is near impossible to receive a call.I actually found a spot in my house where if the phone is left in that particular spot it will receive a call or text message. But once i pick up the phone i lose the signal. Now, when i'm out & about the phone works fine.Sound quality is good (it even has a speakerphone),battery life is good.As my friends know, I really don't talk too much. Most of my battery life is spent using the mobile web keeping up to date with the day's sports scores. Now for a point of reference, the phone I have is unlocked, I don't know if it's available any other way in the U.S..And my service provider is Cingular (or AT&T).So all I had to do is put my SIM Card in and it worked. As I stated before I like keeping up to date on the sports scores, and that takes using the mobile web.Getting scores works fine. But, if you like playing games or checking out other thing through Cingular's Media Net your out of luck. Most games or other various content through Media Net is incompatible.Although for games there are other places on the web you can go to to get them. The 2MP camera with flash is nice. You can take pictures or video. This phone has a media player so you can play music & video's and has an expansion slot to increase the memory on your phone via the Memory Stick Pro Duo.
I got this phone over a year ago when it first came out.It was one of the first phones with a 2 MP camera, so at the time it was a bit expensive. Now the price has come down by almost half, depending on where you look.It really is a good phone, but for me the only sticking point is that it's only a Tri-Band phone.

This really is a pretty cool gadget.I like being able to download songs without connecting to a computer. The only drawback is you need an open wi-fi connection & a subscription to Yahoo to go.I would have kept this player but you can't put video's on it & even just for music there is too little memory.Even if you get the biggest available memory card (2 GB as of 5-31-07) you'll have just under 6 GB of memory. For the same price you can get a 30 GB Ipod video.Sure, no wi-fi or built in speaker. But it's about the same size, more memory and you can put video's on it.I guess it just depends on what is more important to you.
