Pros:
Keyboard, slim, double flip
Cons:
Questionable durability, keyboard takes some getting used to

I love this phone. However, I had it for 11 months and the audio stopped working on phone calls, but the speaker phone worked. So I question the durability of the phone a little but. Verizon did send me a new one because it was still under warranty, so that was good.

I would definitely recommend this phone.
