Pros:

Looks, Quality of sound, Display, Hard Disk Usage

Cons:

Costly, Needs to improved features wise, Difficult to manage,

Video: No support for common video file formats-Go and buy a convertor sofware license for 30$ which is pathetic

Photo Storage: Has only synchronisation option, which means maintain a folder structure with all the images on your PC always else the next time you upload photos using iTunes, you will end up loosing your photos collection in iPod. Atleast I could figure out this.

iTunes: A sofware not easy to use. A simple software would mean connect your iPod and three buttons to upload songs, photos and videos without touching my existing collection in iPod. Had to research on lots of things.. the xml file, the references in xml file ... uh!!!

Battery Life: Just use the iPod in test conditions as mentioned in the apple site which gives arnd 12 hrs of playback. DARE!!! you touch the wheel and there goes your battery. ufff!!!! Pathetic

Charger: Good way of making money by keeping it as an accessory. Please go ahead and make iTunes, the USB cable and earphones as accessories.. that will be even more fun. We will have a handicapped iPod.

Please tk the pains to give a printed manual descriptive enuf ... enuf of money making...
