Customer Support Sucks04/18/07

Pros:
Get a lot computer for your money
Cons:
Customer support is Terrible.

Purchased restore disks for my T5048.
Ordered on 4-8-07
4-18-07 no sign of disks.
Never received disks.
Never received confirmation leter.
$20 deducted from my bank account.
Spent 40 mins calling long distance.
1st person spoke to incompent fool.
Supervisor not much better.
Wasn't able to answer any questions.
Did nothing for my inconvience when the disks were suppose to be delivered within 10 days.
Would not reccomend or purchase an emachine ever again. Beware buyers.
