Great Camcorder for Basic Recording11/14/07

Always forget to take off lens cap and a little delay when turning on and recording

This is my first camcorder and I really love it. The style is sleek and lightweight so I take it everywhere with me. I found handling it is easy as well. The internal microphone picks up sounds pretty far and clear. The only thing I did not like about it is there is no jack for headphones. Also, the usb connection is behind the battery so you have to remove the battery and connect the camera to the adapter and then connect the usb cord. There are so many cords to deal with, but I organize them all in my camera bag (the cords take up more space than the actual camcorder). The editing software that comes with is ok. You can only chop off the first or last part, I could not figure out how to remove middle parts of clips. The camcorder does not record well in low light and it does not have an adapter for a flashlight.
