I work for a Major cell phone provider -- I can't recommend this phone to anyone based on the support Nokia offers



Don't get me wrong this is a great phone packed with great features. The only thing I would want to add is a camera, but since I don't use a cell phone to take pictures much it isn't a big deal.



My problem is when the phone stopped working. While surfing the web, it suddenly quit working and regardless of how I turned the phone on, it would never come back. Fine it's under warranty right, ship it back to Nokia right? Nokia has had my phone for over a month -- they can't fix it due to a lack of spare parts. They also can't send me a new phone -- again they claim a lack of supplies. They offered me a refund, but that is going to take an additional 4 - 6 weeks.



For those that buy this phone, I'm telling you Nokia support is way below par and basically you're on your own if something goes wrong. I would recommend going with Palm , Blackberry, Motorolla before purchasing this phone as I have had better support of their products. Those that purchase this phone will probably opt for some kind of data plan to go with it. My experience would leave me paying for cellphone service and the data plan for two months while I couldn't use that service because the phone can't be fixed by Nokia.
